Inside Sales Representative

Join our growing team as a Inside Sales Representative at our new Abbotsford branch – Kubota One! The Inside Sales Representative duties will include customer inquiries, sales, marketing for new/used equipment, and support duties around the branch. This individual will develop ongoing, profitable relationships with customers and co-workers, and continually maintain a professional image of the company. Integrity, passion and in-person presentation skills are essential for this role, along with experience or a strong willingness to learn our business and products.

Note: this position is for our new location located on North Parallel Rd. Start date of this position is TBD based on building completion.

Job Duties

· Walk-in and general phone traffic is to be handled by the Inside Sales Representative handing off assigned account calls to the appropriate account manager.

· Assist sales team with sales and price inquiries.

· Balancing multiple clients and projects efficiently

· Use marketing data and applicable sales management software tools to maximize sales efficiency and effectiveness.

· Closing sales by negotiating terms and addressing objections, obtain customer info and submitting applications including Kubota Finance and other lenders.

· Create a stable environment of trust that results in the continued growth of both the customer and the organization.

· Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits of the Kubota product line.

· Stay informed about new equipment, features and technological advancements in the industry.

· Understand competitor offerings to position products effectively.

· Build a sales pipeline through referrals using CRM.

· Maintain displays and merchandising of equipment – positioning, organization and cleanliness of machines.

· Maintain signage, brochure stands and inventory.

Requirements

· High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent.

· Professional demeanor, selling style and appearance.

· Understanding of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.

· Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills.

· Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.

· Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.

· Excellent listening skills.

· Strong written communications skills.

· Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.

· Able to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures.

· Ability to work individually and as part of a team.

· High level of integrity and work ethic.

· Must possess a valid driver’s license.

· Experience with customer relationship software.

Work Conditions

· Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals.

· Flexible schedule if required and attending off-site shows and events as asked.

· Competent in driving equipment for sale and driving forklift.
