We have a rare opportunity to join our growing team as the Regional Operations Manager for our Dawson Creek and Grande Prairie locations. We are looking for an enthusiastic leader to work with our Parts and Service teams fostering growth in the Peace Country region.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership: Lead, coach and support Service and Parts Managers and their staff. Foster a positive work environment, maintain morale, and provide leadership to resolve issues
Financial Performance: Jointly responsible for supporting the maximization of profitability and savings (Cost control, metrics and budgets)
Collaboration: Collaborate with the other Regional Managers and Senior management to identify opportunities and oversee efficiency
Policy and Compliance: Enforce and support compliance with company standards for Human Resources and Safety
Asset Control: Supporting management of assets and personnel including vehicles, facilities, safety, work in process, parts inventory management, tooling, recruiting, training, Financial (P&L).
Customer Experience: Lead the way to ensure we are the dealer of choice for aftermarket support. Manage customer support and satisfaction initiatives, and maintain manufacturer and vendor relationships
Marketing: Support and provide input for parts and service marketing programs and initiatives
Branch and Departments: Presence and leadership at the locations working closely with our Sales team
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or College diploma in the related field, or an appropriate combination of education and practical experience.
3 years of direct work experience in a senior management capacity or proven acumen.
Proven background in related industry revenue generation, P&L responsibility, leadership and growth
Excellent organizational, strategic, planning and execution skill
Technical, sales or mechanical experience are an asset
Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with corporate departments, key business partners, and customers.
Strong communication skills in various platforms (email, phone, text, in-person)
Able to create realistic goals and meet deadlines with conflicting priorities and changing circumstances
Confident with decision making and providing direction.
Understanding of financial reports including budgetary guidelines and expenses.
Computer literacy-Office products, Adobe, email etiquette etc.
