At Avenue Machinery Corp/Douglas Lake Equipment LTD (DLEAMC) we are a large multi-AG/Construction Dealer that is looking for the right individual to work from our Abbotsford Branch as a Service Field Foreman.

The duties of a Service Field Foreman are to effectively supervise the field staff, work along with the service staff in office to help out with all the day to day demands. Must be very motivated and willing to learn all aspects of the AG/Construction industries. The Service Field Foreman must have good communication skills and have good efficiencies and be able to multitask.

Job Duties

• Overseeing all field techs jobs and quoting all jobs.
• Staying on top of all time management.
• Must have good accountability and dependability.
• Coaching and Mentoring techs through there jobs.
• Troubleshooting jobs over the phone.
• Technical acumen on laptops and OEM interfaces.
• Taking payments for all service calls.
• Problem solving.
• Report to service manager on all quotes.

Requirements

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Red seal certification on AG or Heavy Duty.
• Proven mechanical abilities in gas and diesel repairs.
• Able to work in a busy environment.
• Must have leadership skills.

Work conditions

• Must be available 24/7 as on call bases.
• Physically fit to lift 100lbs.
• Overtime required.
