Join our growing team as a Service Shop Foreman at our Dawson Creek branch! We are seeking a motivated leader to assist and oversee our service department, ensuring quality, safety, and productivity. You’ll mentor staff, troubleshoot processes, and handle reports while maintaining a positive work environment. As a Foreman, you’ll also act as a Service Technician when needed, ensuring smooth operations and effective team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coach service team
• Ensure safety and quality standards are met
• Handle work orders, quotes, and reports
• Maintain equipment and service vehicles
• Act as Service Technician as required
• Foster a culture of teamwork, efficiency, and continuous improvement

Requirements:

• High school diploma (post-secondary in mechanical/technical field preferred)
• 3+ years of supervisory experience
• Valid driver’s license and clean abstract
• Red Seal certification preferred or tenured mechanic
• Proven mechanical skills (gas/diesel repair)
• Leadership and team-building abilities
