The DMC6300 & 63100 series has been designed for even more productivity and to handle tougher conditions than ever. With it’s accurate tracking ability and very flexible working range, the ground-breaking QuattroLink suspension provides unrivalled cutting performance. Available with roller or tine conditioning. Working width: 10’6″ (3.2m) – 33’6″ (10.2m).
With three blades per disc, Kubota mowers provide a 50% higher cutting frequency compared to conventional solutions. This means a third less load per blade, an even load on the drive, smoother power usage, and produces a neat, cleanly cut stubble.
The Kubota cutterbar’s high cooling and lubrication efficiency oil pump system reduces wear and tear. The fully welded cutterbar with overlapping C-channels makes for a very strong design requiring low maintenance with no risk of loose bolts.
Shear protection of gear wheels and the drive system designed to break in case of overload or major contact. Once sheared, the hub is easily replaceable for minimum downtime.
An even number of counter-rotating discs provides generous overlap between all discs, high lift, and better crop throughput.
An exceptional ground following system, the mowing unit is pulled by four suspension arms fitted onto a fixed carrying arm. This allows the mowing unit to float independently over the field and adjusting instantly and accurately to changes in ground conditions.
The mowing pattern is extremely flexible with a vertical working range of 27.6” (700 mm) up and down and a transverse working range of 30°, ensuring constant ground pressure.
The dual adjustment of the conditioner hood meets the exacting demands of various crop conditions in the field. Both front and rear of the conditioner hood can be independently adjusted to customize the conditioner to crop density for improved grass flow and power consumption.
The mower folds hydraulically for transport and the telescoping frame arm moves to the lowest overlap position, reaching a transport height as low as 12’2” (3.7m) depending on the model. With the integrated parking device, storage is easy and requires minimum space.
Hydraulic SideShift integrated into the telescopic carrying arm, allows each mowing unit to move laterally by 15.7” (400 mm) to easily compensate for changing terain or to minimize overlap with a front mower.
Roller conditioning provides gentle, yet effective handling of fragile crop such as alfalfa or clover. The adjustable spring-controlled pressure exerted between the two rollers guarantees uniform conditioning and low risk of plugging.
The Kubota SemiSwing tine conditioner with adjustable conditioning hood is highly adaptable to varying crop types. During operation tines will stay in a fixed position, providing full cutterbar width conditioning with minimum wear.
If an object is encountered, the cutting unit will move up and back, automatically returning to original working position. This helps protect 100% of the full working width, with no need to stop and reset.
