The STIHL MS 261 professional chainsaw is designed for versatile applications. The 3.0 kW (4.1 hp) STIHL 2-MIX engine delivers the required power while also ensuring low fuel consumption. This gas chainsaw is equipped with STIHL M-Tronic which means you can work quickly and enjoy optimum engine performance at a constant maximum engine speed. This feature supports the starting process and regulates the ignition time and fuel metering. Teamed with the Light 04 guide bar, the .325″ RS Pro saw chain ensures strong cutting performance with a lightweight design. The STIHL Ematic system ensures that every drop of oil goes exactly where it is needed, supporting long-term usage of the chainsaw with as little interruption as possible. Operating time is also extended by means of the long-life air filter system featuring pre-separation routing and an HD2 air filter, which extend the maintenance intervals for the power tool.
