Douglas Lake Equipment Parts Return Policy-Online Purchases

• All Parts must be returned in original packaging
• All parts must be accompanied by original purchase documentation and are subject to inspection.
• All parts must be in a condition that can be classed as new, current, and returnable to the manufacturer. Any non-returnable part would result in no credit. (see listing below)
• No part will be accepted for credit unless the extended value exceeds $10.00 (per part).
• All regular stock items are subject to 20% restocking fee and applicable freight charges. Defective items are subject to OEM warranty policies. (see listing below)
• No returns accepted after 30 days
• All credits will be processed at original price.
• All returns over $5000 extended value require authorization by Parts Manager.

DOUGLAS LAKE EQUIPMENT WILL NOT ACCEPT THE FOLLOWING ITEMS AS RETURN FOR CREDIT:

Electronic Control Modules (ECM), Filters, Gaskets, Seals, Lubricants, O-Rings, Bulbs, Hoses, Chemicals, Fluids, Electrical Items, Harnesses, Decals/Film, Special Order, and Non-Stock orders.

Douglas Lake Equipment is not responsible for OEM price changes or the OEM parts return policies. OEM pricing, availability, and policies are subject to change without notice.
Douglas Lake Equipment is not responsible for freight or delivery delays from the manufacturer or its subsidiaries.
