The optimum blend of precision and ease-of-use.The all-new DMC7300 series front mounted mower conditioner from Kubota brings new options to its line of mower conditioners. The DMC7300 series feature a host of new improvements to bring operator comfort to a higher level. The DMC7300 is available in 10’5” (3.18m) and 11’6” (3.5m) working width in either tine or roller configurations.
With three blades per disc, Kubota mowers provide a 50% higher cutting frequency compared to conventional solutions. This means a third less load per blade, an even load on the drive, smoother power usage, and produces a neat, cleanly cut stubble.
The Kubota cutterbar’s high cooling and lubrication efficiency oil pump system reduces wear and tear. The fully welded cutterbar with overlapping C-channels makes for a very strong design requiring low maintenance with no risk of loose bolts.
Shear protection of gear wheels and the drive system designed to break in case or overload or major contact.
An even number of counter-rotating discs provides generous overlap between all discs, high lift, and better crop throughput.
The suspension design allows a transverse adaptation of 24 degrees along with a total vertical working range of 2’2” (670 mm). If an obstacle is encountered the ProLink will automatically lift the mower up and back, for maximum protection of both the cutterbar and machine.
Stubble height adjustment is conveniently integrated directly into the suspension linkage. There is no need to tilt the A-frame of the tractor. 40 mm skid shoes are standard while 20, 60 and 80 mm can also be used to fine tune your cut hight.
The dual adjustment of the conditioner hood meets the exacting demands of various crop conditions in the field. Both front and rear of the conditioner hood can be independently adjusted to customize the conditioner to crop density for improved grass flow and power consumption.
Overall design provides an unobstructed view of the entire mowing and transport area. Folding FlexProtect guards are easily placed into transport mode. Optional hydraulic folding is available. A clearance of 350 mm (14”) is possible during transport and headland turns.
Deflector plates on both sides stay neatly tucked away for wide swath or can be easily exteneded and telescoped to collect crop into a more narrow swath.
When object is encountered, the cutting unit will move up and back, automatically returning to original working position. 100% protection across full working width. No need to stop, no time lost.
Roller conditioning provides gentle, yet effective handling of fragile crop such as alfalfa or clover. The adjustable spring-controlled pressure exerted between the two rollers guarantees uniform conditioning and low risk of plugging.
The Kubota SemiSwing tine conditioner with adjustable conditioning hood is highly adaptable to varying crop types. During operation tines will stay in a fixed position, providing full cutterbar width conditioning with minimum wear.
